Coriander chutney

Ingredients:
2 bunches coriander
2 cloves garlic
4 birds eye chillies
Salt to taste
Preparation Method:
  • Remove the roots of the coriander.
  • Wash and chop coriander leaves.
  • Blend garlic, chillies and coriander with salt to taste until it forms a paste.
  • Check seasoning and add more salt if desired.
